The company offers integrated solutions in the
fields of industrial automation and process management with the
use programmable logic controllers and other components of family
SIMATIC, manufactured by SIEMENS .
The equipment used is adjusted to the complexity of the project: from the
simplest tasks, resolved with the products of the family LOGO!, medium
and more complex tasks (S7 200 families, and S7 300), to the largest tasks
(solutions with controllers families S7-400).
In special cases (tasks from the control of movement, "motion control")
we apply special controllers (SIMOTION controllers).
We use operating panels (OP) or touch screens (TP) manufactured by Siemens
for management and visualization of processes and machinery.
Extensive monitoring systems are solved with complex SCADA systems (WinCC,
in every possible topology and configuration).
At systems of remote control we use the newest methods of connecting geographically
displaced/remote controller units and control centers (GPRS ->INTERNET).
We are especially proud of our knowledge and solutions in the field of
integration (optional) sensors and actuator to control systems via standard
communication protocols (MODBUS, PROFIBUS-DP, ETHERNET).
We approach our tasks integrately, both in the stage of preparation and
implementation.
